intentdocs.com is an AI-assisted product specification tool. It helps you turn product ideas into structured blueprints, story maps, and build plans. It is a planning tool — it does not write code, deploy software, or guarantee any business outcome.
You may not use intentdocs.com to:
You own the content you create on intentdocs.com (your blueprints, ideas, and project data). By using the service, you grant us a limited licence to store and process your content for the sole purpose of providing the service.
We do not claim ownership of your ideas. We will not share your private project content with third parties except as required to provide the service (e.g. Anthropic API for AI generation, Supabase for storage).
Blueprint generation uses Anthropic's Claude API. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and validating any output before acting on it. We make no warranties about the accuracy or fitness of AI-generated blueprints.
If you choose to provide your own Anthropic API key, it is encrypted using AES-256-GCM before storage and is only used to make API calls to Anthropic on your behalf. We never store or transmit your key in plaintext. Your usage costs with Anthropic are your own responsibility. You can remove your key at any time from Settings. We are not responsible for any charges incurred on your Anthropic account.
Trial: No payment required. A 7-day trial with one project and full Pro features, starting when you create your first project.
Pro and Team: Paid subscriptions billed monthly or annually via Stripe.
Cancellation: You can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing. You retain access until the end of your billing period.
Annual plans: Non-refundable after 14 days from the start of the billing period.
Refunds: Monthly plans: if you cancel within 48 hours of a renewal charge, contact us for a refund. After that, no refunds for the current period.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, intentdocs.com is provided “as is”. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We'll notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect.
