Connect ChatGPT to IntentDocs

This is the ChatGPT plugin, not the Codex CLI. It uses its own address and signs in with OAuth. Follow these steps to connect ChatGPT to IntentDocs.

1. Add the IntentDocs plugin in ChatGPT. It connects to https://www.intentdocs.com/api/mcp/chatgpt, not the address the other tools use.
2. When it asks, sign in to IntentDocs (OAuth) and approve.
3. Ask it to list your IntentDocs projects to check it works.
